Another Legacy release date looming, another delay in the offing?

Check out your preferred game store web site and you'll note that the 360 version has been pushed back another week, with the PC version still potentially to follow.  I'm not liking the looks of this.

My local best buy still shows the 5th for PC version.. :-\
