basic tug without pods

ship loaded down with cargo pods

still got little more to do on this one was reading KF`s post of the tmp tugs and said oi need a tos/pre-tos one

so the a 2nd take on the uss howsland

The second meshes certainly look better than the first, at least as far as the pods go, not that the first were bad, they were quite good, too! But when you "3D" something, it just adds that much more. Excellent job, in both instances.
