i got the patch that fix it so the transport arrived and you can get more ship to help you, well i was wondering how to i get more commando?, m supose to be able to get a refil but its not possible at the relay station so how do i get a refil of commando in the mission?

you should be able to do the whole mission with 9 boarding parties. Also if you take command of the captured station (after it is captured) using the fleet command screen, you can beam the surviving boarding parties back to your ship. You should also fill up right at the very beginning while your ship is there at the relay station.
