When is it time to start looking for other work
« on: September 30, 2006, 12:01:16 pm »
As after what I went Thur tonight I'm ready to quit.

I don't mind being a Janitor nothing wrong with it, I don't mind going to other stores to help clean, but like I said after tonight I'm ready to tell to go and stuff it.

the person I was with took all night to do as little as possable some of it wasn't his fault most was the store in question is the Crest in Edmond, its a fairly big store and since there was only two of us there we needed to work together to get it done. That did not happen, I did the majority of the work busted my butt to try and get it done, whereas he worked as slow as he could and it took a extra hour to get done because of that.

And yes I'm a little mad, it woun't do any good to complain to the boss on Monday as the same damn thing happens when he sends me supposed help at my store, they all do a little bit then dissapear and I'm stuck working my ass off trying to get it done as I normaly have to redo their crappy job.

And because of that, I'm at the point of calling it quits even tho they did give me a job when I came here.

Kinda torn on it because of them giveing me the job but I'm also getting tired of the bs.

So again when do you think I'ts time to start looking for a new job?.

Sorry for the long rant but I'm a little p'od right now.

"So again when do you think I'ts time to start looking for a new job?"
When you are stuffed and there is no sign of betterment on the horizon.
I think you are overqualified for that:)
