Prompt.DLL not valid image, Could not load DLL library

i'm having this problem when i try and install my SFC3 anyone have any suggestions?

What country are you in? I was thinking about this, and one cause is that your PC might be set up for a differant region then the Disk cd was made for. IE. if your in the UK and using an American region disc.

Just trying to think of anything else that might help.

Try copying the files to a folder on your hard drive and installing from there.  If the file won't copy, you know it's probably a bad disk.

I have a DVD and I've never had a CD not read due to that fact.

yeah it says it cannot copy the AUTORUn.exe or the prompt.dll files

I'd try taking it back and switching it for a different disk.
