Each of adults and kids directly involved should get 2 years+$10,000 for each kitten killed and the sentences should run consecutively.

Pretty sick.

Ranks right up there with some teens around here that were putting small birds in a microwave for kicks.

The adult who participated should have raw meat tied to her and placed in the lion compound of the local zoo, a little feline justice might make her think differently about the whole thing.....for the last 3 - 5 minutes of her life.

All it would have taken would be for one individual to stand up and say this is wrong, and the onlookers who were too scared to do anything would have followed suit.

Its sad that in this day and age, such individuals are hard to come by.
