D2 Server Connection Problems

Does anyone know where I can get the program that will let me get my SFC:OP to connect back to the D2 servers.  Had to reformat the hard drive and I can't seem to find it on the old computer.

Are you talking about the directory server patcher so you can log into the D2 selection screen?
