iTunes (or somewhere else) and TV shows

hey all. I was wondering if any of you have actually downloaded a TV show from itunes. Or even another one of the download sites. if so, how big are the downloads exactly? they have to be pretty huge if they are 44 minutes of video.

350 megs for standard avi/divx type stuff.
