Saw this on an episode of Futureweapons this evening.  Simply amazing....

This thing can fire five shells in quick succession, all at different trajectories so that they all arrive at the target at the same time.  Imagine getting hit by five 155 mm shells at once!  Self-propelled artillery is not sexy, but this thing is darn close.

This isn't new. TOT barrages have been around since WWII.

This isn't new. TOT barrages have been around since WWII.


I think it is new for a TOT to come from one tube.

We've had semi automatic 5" guns for quite some time.

Ask the navy.

Not really.

We've had semi automatic 5" guns for quite some time.

Ask the navy.

But not with that kind of capability.

Also, we've had nothing on land that could do that.
