Can a DDX/FFX wing with a CX/CLX?

Read them just wondered why someone would permit
CLX's to wing with BCH/DN/BB but that you couldn't wing two DDX's or a DDX + CLX/CCX together for some reason.

X tech is rare till after line ships started getting power refits. Fleets never comprised more than 1 X at a time till later years when they began replacing older line ships. Balance issues are upset when fleeting two xships. I'll let you figure that out yourself. You're a smart guy.

Allowing an ICLX to fleet with a capitol ship is probably a mistake. But the others are at least as good as a heavy command cruiser or heavy fast cruiser, mb a little better. But not uber.

What do you think these seemingly arbitray fleeting rules are for, hexx?

Well to inconvenience me actually.
Pretty much the same reason the universe allowed t00l to come into being.

Anyway there should be a brilliantly insightful look into the actual state of X tech on servers go into the RM forums tomorrow sometime.

A .67 Movement cost X ship or higher cannot wing with a capitol ship.
And, no X ship, no matter what size can wing with another X ship...
That's what I've been making my guys do.

I rememeber saying I didnt know concerning something like that... and then someone chided me on voice for writing the rules and not knowing them. But now we all know.
