Well after a very long time the Scrapyards are reopening.

I have posted some of my own kitbashes, and will soon be following with more as well as alot of archived kitbashes from the old Scrapyards site by some of the communities best kitbashers.

I also plan to post some revised versions of my old ships and some new stuff for both SFC and Freelancer.

My intention is to once again make it the one stop shopping location for kitbashes, kitbashing materials, and kitbashing discussions.

And thanks for the support folks it'll take a little while for me to process and get everything uploaded esp as I'm in the process of working on new stuff also. However if anyone wants to submit a kitbash they can do so on the site.

Some great old ships have returned to base after being thought lost in deep space, lol

Is the site having teething troubles? I registered and activated an account, and can log on but when I try to download I get a message "Sorry, your account does not have access to downloads." I tried to send you a message at the site but got a message "system error your message was not sent".

By the way THANKS for putting in the time and effort to ressurect the site.

Hrm not sure but I'll test it and see what is up this is my first go round with this particular CMS so I might have something misconfigured.

Ok I had to kick the anthill over twice but I believe it's all worked out now, the perms for the forum were not playing nice with the site and the download engine. Everything appears to be working well now. Let me know asap if not.
