Disapearing spares?

Well im about 40 mins into a great match with Shadowlord I hear a blast of static from my speakers an explosion  poof all my spares are gone  boogie out of the mission since he still has his .Exit recap screen still have my ship. Grr was one of the best battles yet sniff.
Well any ways the mission was ed10 Patrol Enemy in hex 40,9 was mirak at the time  the mission started.
