Topic: No Sound in OP...

I've recently reinstalled OP, and it doesnt appear to have any sound.   Anyone have any ideas, or solutions to this problem?

Did you install the Enhancement Pack 4? Or install the old OP+4 Hardcore on top of OP+4? If so either will break the sound in OP... start fresh and install the mods you want one by one.

For reasons I've never tracked down, I periodically (once every dozen or so sessions) lose my sound in OP - a reboot clears it up.

Yeah the reboot seemed to help the other computer...that one had OP on it for a while...and I tried it one day, and it didnt work.

Yet on the other puter, there is no sound at all, and it has no mods on it what so ever, including the patch...

Don't use them both at the same time unless you have the mod chooser.

I read in another thread something about sound codecs or something possibly screwing up the sound...
