In my area of Dallas, the high temp was a blistering 107.

By this time tomorrow morning, lows in the low 70s. That I will enjoy. ;D

hmmm... 100°F ....

((100-32)*5)/9 = 37.7°C

Damn! That is hot!  :o

That's over body temperature... I'd be dead in less than a day.

Edit: and that 65 is 10 degrees above the norm of 55.

The temp yesterday was 99. The humidity made it feel like 115.

If I knew it was going to be this nippy, I'd have brought a jacket.

We have had 22 days of 100 or above degree heat.

Our water supply is slowly running dry.

The small lake behind our house, you can almost walk across it. (not recommended). ;D

It is still muddy.

Hmmm yeah it is a a humid 73 here in Wisconsin/Iowa today

 ;D ;D ;D

We had the 100 degree crap last week...  However the nice thing here is that is pretty much a VERY rare event.  Soon Sept/Oct.  will be here and the greatest two months of weather any place has to offer.  70s during the day and 50s/40s at night... MMMMMMMMMMMMM  Football weather!

Yeehaw mo-foes. We are still in drought stage. Lots of cattle and other animals being sold to be slaughtered cause we just can't keep up with the heat. I've even seen burnt patches along Austin's highways. Oh well, I'm glad I got chosen to be on  wind power, them other folks are gonna pay through the nose, natural gas is at all time highs.
