Playing SFC3 in windowed mode

Is there any way to play SFC3 in windowed mode?

Windowed mode?  Not sure of the question.... Emulation for linux? or something totally different?

I do not believe it can be done unless you have third party software, and I'm unaware of any that would.  I've tried SF3 on a dual monitor setup... did work.  Problem with SFC3 is if you minimize the screen, you are very likely to get an error upon entering the next mission with a CDT.

right, which is why i want to play it in a window, so i can switch back and forth easily to a spreadsheet.  Usually games can be played in a window by adding a command line tag to the shortcut, something like "-windowed" or "-w1024 h768" or "-w" for example.  But i don't know if you can with SFC3, or what the specific tag for SFC3 would be... any ideas?
