Video modding tuts, Question for esp for Joker, but anyone else too??

I am looking to make a video of how to use the bridge commander mod utility. What software have some of you used for max tuts and such. I'll need sound and preferably software that is free (legally), and how easy are they to set up?

I've seen several programs that CAN do it - unfortunately not a single one of them was free. $20 minimum I'm afraid Pika ;)
