Ya gotta love county court 167th in Austin, TX

The judge's name is Mike Lynch. (Notice the Lynch part?).

Attorney is in front of him trying to reset his client's case. Judge Lynch asks the atty "Where is your client?"

The atty replies "He's in LA in a rehab facility."

Judge Lynch laughs and get other people laughing when he tells the atty "Rehab in the state of LA?, he might as well do rehab in a beer joint!"

I like him. He's hardcore but has humor, and the state has been very, very lenient towards this veteran.  ;)

BTW? TX does NOT play anymore, the enhancement rules are now over your LIFETIME, not just 10 years. We run a mighty fine prison system here, overcrowded but lucrative as Hades!  ;)
