Also known as Gatchiman in Japan and G-Force in the U.K.

Good stuff Hollis! Now if we could find a way to make the Fiery Phoenix mode work in game, I'd probably drown in a puddle of nostalgic animephiliac drool.

Have the DVDs' New and old versions.

It was actually a 70s' era cartoon, but I remember the ship looking less glowing and more of a mattle finish.
People always said they wanted the government to listen to them and now the government is listening, taking notes and names...and coming to see you soon!

America-Not the land of the free anymore...
Its the land of the freeloaders

Remember the axiom of big government bureaucrats: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. When, finally, under the crushing weight of taxes and regulation, it stops moving, subsidize it.

As I remember it, the G-Force team spent a lot of time battling robotic space monsters. :D

And there are lots of space monster models to blow up. ;D ;D

I don't remember it being well armed (c'ept for the super weapon) as it was mostly a carrier for the teams' individual craft (they each had a specific purpose if I remember right)

maybe someone will rememeber that serie from the 70's

I remember that show ... I also seem to remember some sort of movie event about Grendizer. Even though he was pretty awesome, Great Mazinger was always my favorite design of the Shogun Warriors.

Don thank you for posting that site!!!!!

I've been an otaku since the mid 70's and ANY of the super robots are my favorites (hence my namesake: StarDragon [American name], or Getter Robo G [Japanese name])

I'm always on the lookout for 70's meshes. Even if for a parody, I woudl love to make some mods that involve the super robots.

I always felt the Phoenix was underarmed, but if the Bird missiles and super bird missile didn't do teh trick they could always fall back on the fiery Phoenix mode and ram it to death.
