It looks like a mini-Enterprise-B. It looks good for the most part, except for the configuration. No offense is meant, but I don't think I like it much. The huge Enterprise-B-esque Impulse engines looks like they'll melt the nacelle's pylons just as how the Enterprise-B's would melt the blue bussard ramscoops from her engines. And the design seems Sovereign-esque, how a big starship was condensed rather than making a small ship design in the first place.
But that's how I feel. Aside from that, the textures are good, the model's details are good (especially when I'm not in fanboy mode)... By the way, the model parts do look like that they did come from P81's latest Excelsior-class model, I didn't think it was as well known as his 2001 Excelsior-class model that went with his famously-done Constitution and Miranda-class models during that same year (near the end of 2001 at least), which're the same Constitution and Miranda models that're being used for Star Trek: Legacy, if memory serves me right.
