Well, I found some good textures (will credit of course), and am working on remodelling Terran ships... If you guys can give me any pointers, or big texture bmps, I would appreciate it.

I will be sure to credit you in my mod.

Yes. And Aztecs as well. I'm not that good at it .... and slow on top of that. But in a word (to answer your question) : Yes.

but more information would be helpful.
There is allot that can be done and many ways to do it, but no info is about as helpfully as trying to catch air.

Yup, everyone i've made has been from scratch. sure i have some templates to make my life easier, but besides that its a painstaking process of adding details and making sure things such as aztecs are there but are also subtle (btw, that is the key to good aztec, you should just barely be able to see it, if you can get that you've done good)
