I've been asked by a treasure seeker whether their finding of the treasure allows them to outfit their entire fleet with secret weapons. (Shiver me timbers, what a delicious thought!) I'd best discuss the issue here, since it is a question of How the Universe Works. The short answer is no, but that's not the whole story.
The treasure hunt has always been an individual effort. Yuir lackin' an empire's military industrial complext and economy to build such impressive hardware, but with the technical plans you can set an already minted prototype to workin' oarder. Besides, the finder now has the guns to say they don't have to share anything they don't want to,
so who's going to make them?! HA! HA! HA! Aye, I loves bein' a pirate.
Remember, though, that there was a treasure to be found by each original cartel. Therefore, the treasure for each of your subcartels is still up for grabs, provided the member goes through all the steps to find it. However,
each subcartel's treasure can only be found by an original member of that subcartel!. I know it goes again' the pirate code to put a halt to pilfering, but we'll have no Jonny-come-latelys snatching up the gold that rightly belongs to another. Flying a ship of that subcartel isn't enough to count.
So, Prime and Beastriders, get your subsideraries on the ball. There are still 7 treasures left to find, and there is still time to find them all.I'm sure you'll start seeing the results of the first find real soon now, but exactly when and how is up to the finder. I'll leave that to him.
