Seems that if you fly one of the "Tiger Heart" ships added to our list you can't replace any lost PFs at Bases.
Obviously, your production lines aren't set up yet. You silly pirates, always thinking you can just rush in, cannon blazing, and use anything you can take. You need to set up a manufacturing industry first! That's going to require equipment, labor unions, and a lot of graft.
<sigh...>
You'd think I'd have remembered to do this, but I was too caught up in fixing the crashes last night. You'll need me to add some donor PFs to your list before you can buy replacements in the yard. I'll get on that tonight.
