Hell, I want them.  I wonder if it's going to be possible to extract the ships from the game CD.  Hmmm....I also wonder if the same detail and quality models in the XBOX version will be in the PC version.  I certainly hope so, even if the PC version has to be put on DVD media as well.

I'm still no fan of the ENT-era, still stubborn as ever preferring SFM over Enterprise (which is why, assuming I'm getting Legacy anyway, that it'll be moddable in so far as I could re-do that entire era if mods allowing that pop up).

However, generally as ships that wouldn't look too much out of place in the TOS/TMP-era (they look like with some paint and tinkering they'd fit in fine), they don't look bad at all.  Well, provided the Miranda-esque starship at the very least replaces its TNG-era engines, of course.  I like the second one, it looks like a semi-condensed Constitution-class in a slightly more primitive form (albeit with an Excelsior-esque saucer).

It may be a while.  These are just spy shots of a game that wont be out until November or later.  Maybe we'll get luck and they will release more soon, maybe even a video or two...

Well, if you reverse the elevations of the pylons on the NX-01, it'd look very similar to the first ship here as well as having even more resemblance to the Akira-class.

Ever since seeing the Season 4 episode where the Columbia flipped upside down I have always wanted to see more unusual designs using the parts fromm the NX class as a base.

I like both of those ships and would love to add them to my Enterprise era collection.
