Was Crazybeard a member of an oppsoing Cartel, in which case this was a PvP kill, or was he a member of your own cartel, in which case he earns piracy points for a betrayal and makes the list of King's Most Wanted?

Either way, he needs to post a message here http://www.dynaverse.net/forum/index.php/topic,163366886.msg1122707913.html#msg1122707913 and tell me what ship of yours he killed.

And a big thumgs up to you for being the frirst to post a bounty!     May someone bring you his head soon.

Arrrrrr!!!!!

Shouldn't there be some kind of penalty when you're the *third* guy to be betrayed by one player?  :P

Yarrrrrrrhhhhhhh!!!!!

Listen up mateys!  Sharpen yer eye an' yer dagger both, cuz I be offerin bounties on two wretched space dogs!

The first be a 1,500 pp reward fer the pirate that claims the life of that scoundrel Risky, fer stayin sober an' gettin the jump on the rest o' us in the hunt fer Treasure Island!

The second be a 1,500 pp reward fer he who takes down the (dead) pirate Roberts!   Yarrrrr, the man's dedication an' sense o' fair play is ill befittin a pirate!  Yarrrrrrrrr!

An' if it be within the rules (yarrrrrr - we don' need no stinkin rules!) I'd be likin to add a 1,000pp bonus in both cases if the assassin comes from within the fleet of the victim and posts a screenshot of his demise - yarrrrr!!!!  Nothing warms me bones like a tale o' betrayal an' revenge!

Yaaaaaarrrrrhhhhhh!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, We do not kill our own unless they shame us.  Fair play and dedication are things that are striven for amongst the Yakuza.  We are not Pirates...we are...businessmen...think of us as, the Japanese Mafia.  ;D

Sure, it's legal.  There are no set rules for how you want to offer your bounties.   If you've got the prestige to spend then you can set up as many conditions and bonuses as you see fit.  So there you go!   There are bounties on the pirate Risky and The Dread Pirate Roberts........

HEY!!!!   WAIT A MINUTE!!!!   I'm sure there is a rule against this somewhere...  <sound of pages fluttering>

Aaarrrrr!!!!  All right, you scurvy pile of land-lubbing pillage-for-the-taking!   I'll show you "fair play"!

I'll pay a 1,500 pp bounty to any pirate who can rid my space of that rat-carrying ship belonging to Shtarker.  I'll kick in another 1,000 pp if he comes from Shtarker's own cartel,  AND I'LL ADD ANOTHER 1,000 IF THEY KILL HIM BEFORE ANYONE KILLS ME!!!

But no one is going to be able to claim this bounty, because I am to send ye to Davey Jones Locker meself!!!!!  Shiver ye timbers at that!

Arrrrrrrrr!

Ummm..... its  May not October Risky, but in your distressed condition I can understand the confusion on your part.  Just remember Red May and in 28 days (or thereabout depending on your particular cycle) it will be the Red June.

The most Identifiable sound in the world is the sound of a .12 gg racking a round.......Hear that Polly?!

'Hail Gurthang! No lord or loyalty dost thou know, save the hand that wieldeth thee. From no blood wilt thou shrink. Wilt thou therefore take Túrin Turambar, wilt thou slay me swiftly?'
And from the blade rang a cold voice in answer: 'Yea, I will drink thy blood gladly, that so I may forget the blood of Beleg my master, and the blood of Brandir slain unjustly. I will slay thee swiftly.'

The "Kzinti Revolution of 2217" was when we got Soreyes drunk, strapped him to a Gyroscope and spun him till he puked, nothing more  ;)
