Ancient Federation Promotional Video

Having been undercover for some number of years our Tal'Shiar operative discovered something which may answer a great many questions about the Federation, their uniforms and their decision to place their headquarters in San Francisco. Documents from the era which have been recently discovered indicate that this video was standard fair for "anyone who was not accepted as a priest." We have no idea what that means and are forced to presume that it had colloquial meaning at the time.

Perhaps this has had a bearing on why no one is flying for the Orion cartel.  :o
