Hey -

Pretty sure that behavior isn't a good sign. The poor pup looks really/seriously agitated. That he sees his own appendage as an encroacher/intruder isn't a good sign. There could be some nervous system/motor damage that they don't understand .... could be early onset of rabies.... sad...
