The V'melek Class Experimental Warbird is a late TNG design based off of the doomed Melak warbird that was only featured in the RTS Strategy game ST: New Worlds in the opening introduction movie.
The Melak was destroyed test firing a SHIVA weapon that created a spatial rift that brought a few star systems (from another dimension/universe) to the neutral zone.
The general consensus is that the Melak is at least the size of a K' T' Inga at its smallest BUT definitely NOT even close to being half the size of a D'deridex.
Also many feel that the Melak is the most likely candidate for the warbirds that took out the Enterprise C.
At the end of the Dominon War, the Tal Shiar, wanting quickly to recover loses, decided to revisit the original design.
The result is the V'melak Experimental Warbird, which like the original design, became the test bed for new Romulan technology.

Nice work MP, but, I prefer WZ's version meself.

This looks more like the 1st attempt, then the WZ Melak is the final production model.

There is some confusion here. This ship was only inspired by the Melak. This is the V'Melak, the refit of the Melak. It is a post Nemesis era ship.

Sounds like you have the size and power about right, it should be a match for an Ambassador, but not a Galaxy.

Just a reminder...we never make canon designs, even if they have only appeared in a video game. I would be pleased if you could correct the mistake.

Also, your models have the original readme, but our EULA requires our licence at the top of your readme as well. This is the proper format for the EULA...

I'll correct the name, and Your Read Me IS in the file Folder Raven, just as ya wrote it

. In facteveryone of your Original ReadMe's are in the respective folders. I just need to go back and correct the name . Thanks for the heads up.

Ah, you misunderstood me...Yes, the original is in there, but your readme's must also have the licence at the top. It is the requirement for release. People are going to most likely read yours, not the old one. I already added the licence to your readme and uploaded the changes...if you want, I can change the readme's myself and upload the files directly to your server, so you dont have to do any work. Let me know...either way, the new readme's are up top.
