Legions at War Mod ?

I was looking over the downloads for SFC op and noticed a rather large Legions at War mod and wondered if anyone could comment on what it is about, stability, any new races, etc ?

Sorry, Legions at War is an SFC3 mod.  Somebody must have uploaded it to the wrong directory.  Legions at War is a continuing project over at http://sfc3.gfluniverse.net/.
