Topic: Help plz?

[KBF-Soth]

The other night my game crashed me to desktop and left me with this....
1) At Login screen where info goes is filled with symbols that aren't even on my keyboard and when I exit it won't remember info.
2) It won't stay at Empire view for the map,it keeps flipping back to Cartel when I look at the news or yards ect.
  Any way to fix this without doing reinstall?

Check your sfc.ini under [Meta]

it should look something like this:

I seem to recall seeing that get corrupted before...
