New install program of UAW compiled

I used Install Creator Pro to combine the 630 meg file and the 100 meg into 1 download with the proper batch files coming to your desktop upon install. This will make it easier to install UAW.

You'll need this file - once I get it uploaded - and the UAW Dyna required files. I'll post a complete update when ready.
