Goa'uld Hat'ak Vessel

Hey there im starting to Model a Goa'uld Hat'ak Vessel and ive got the pyramid sorted out including a quick trial at textures but nomatter how hard i try i cant find a way to modell the outer shell, can any1 help me with this? create the basic shell with the right shape for me, u will b mentioned in the credits if released and obviously given the model as well... i jus need the shape done n then i can texture n detail it all, if u need reference pics i can get u quite detailed schematics... heres wot ive done so far

Well heres another update for you and i finally managed to create the shell for the Hat'ah which is a reli happy day 4 me cus the Hat'ak was the 1 ship ive always wonted 2 make but i cudnt n now i can its like YEY!! :D... neway its around 10k polys so i guess it cud b used in ur games rite? wud ne1 b interested? first 1 is jus the mesh and in the second i had a quick mess around with textures but obviously their not the right ones for a Goa'uld Hat'ak, and of course for those who kno my work they will know that im gunna b detailin this girl out!!

Well i really cant b bothered so much with this model as its flippin difficult to detail with it being on a sphere thingy and it jus creates so many mesh errors and all *sigh* so i jus completed the shell, added the weapon pods and added some texturing and some lighting... i also managed to reduce the poly count so its around 10k polys still... heres the ship and a little wallpaper i made with it :D

hey jad, there is a lighting tutorial link in the tut thread ;) it might help ya, it might not but it would be worth looking at me thinks

of course a good 3 point lighting system works just as well, i just use this one to get basic renders out

Heres the Stronghold wallpaper but a Blue Version :) Hope you all enjoy it, i will make more different wallpapers when i av time :D

Now the wallpaper has been added, sowwie tired n 4got 2 add it lol!!
