how do you make or get the font for the TMP style registeries and how do you get it on and blend with blank textures and to curve round the sacer section. any info on this would be greatley appreciated.

The Font can be found simple by Googling for Star trek Fonts. Starfleet Bold Extented or something like that is the one used mostly. As for appling it to the hull, well that depends on what programs you have available to you. I Use PaintShop Pro, as a well as a few others, most spend the 700+ dollars for PhotoShop which I did not have and 60 bucks for PSP was just right for me.

Actually, I think most of us find ways (legal or otherwise) around spending $700+ for Photoshop

I'm a college student and can get a hefty discount on programs like Photoshop. Also I have access to it at a computer lab for my 3D graphics classes.
