Server Kits for SFC3

I am looking for server kits for SFC3 that are relatively easy to set up and maintain.  I would like to set up a server on my PC, so my brother and a couple of friends, can log into and play when we have time.  I don't know if any of the server kits can be set up for any of the MODS that are out there or not??  None of us have a lot of time to play, so it would be nice to be able to keep a campaign going for a few weeks that we can log into when we have time without having to start over or just play skirmish games.  Can anyone point me in the right direction??  Thanks!   ;D
