Here is the problem:
All of the Lights on the mdm are normal, the only one that is not normal is the ACT light. It is dim and not fully lit as it should be.
I have tried everything, power cycling the mdm and my pc, reseting the mdm. and reseting the VCI/VCP.
none of which works. The ACT light should be bright off the bat. when you power up the mdm. It does not.
Short of that, I may need to reinstall windows, though I will try everything first. THEN reinstall. IF I have to.<----Last resort
The mdm is a Prestige 645M.
My syst is more then capable of handling DSL
