What was the name of one of those last episodes, which was set in the Future, Albiet Not as funny as the Previous two series, It still was worth another look see...

Blackadder: The Cavalier years.  Set at the time of Oliver Cromwell.  (Blackadder is a Royalist until the execution)
Blackadder Christmas special.  Dickensian
Blackadder:Back and Forth.  Set at New Years 1999 Blackadder has Bladric build a fake time machine based on daVincis plans only to have things go wrong when it works.  Explains the extincition of the dinosaurs among other things.

Also, one of my Favorite Episodes, was when He hired that Lame captain, to set sail, Unfortuantly they sailed around England into the uncharted territory that he was supposed to be going to.

Stephen

Captain Redbeard Rum.  Strongly implied that they did travel around the world (came back with a boomerang and a very special wine vintage) and Rum eaten by cannibals.

...just barley of course.

Your a cereal grain?  Explains a lot.

Quote
barley, annual cereal plant (Hordeum vulgare and sometimes other species) of the family Gramineae (grass family), cultivated by humans probably as early as any cereal. It was known to the ancient Greeks, Romans, Chinese, and Egyptians and was the chief bread material in Europe as late as the 16th cent. It has a wide range of cultivation and matures even at high altitudes, since its growing period is short; however, it cannot withstand hot and humid climates. Today barley is typically a special-purpose grain with many varieties rather than a general market crop. It is a valuable stock feed (often as a corn substitute) and is used for malting when the grain is of high quality. It is a minor source of flour and breakfast foods. Pearl barley is often used in soups. In the Middle East a limited amount of barley is eaten like rice. In the United States most spring barley comes from the western states and most winter barley is grown in the southeastern states for autumn and spring pasture and as a cover crop. Barley is subject to several diseases including smut and rust. Barley is classified in the division Magnoliophyta, class Liliopsida, order Cyperales, family Gramineae.

Well at least you have interesting diseases.

Reminds me of when my Daughter was around 12-13 years old. Back then I made her , her own AOL account under the user name Zythum. she couldn't figure out why she was getting so much attention, untill she looked It up and found out I named her after an Egyption Beer.

Zythum is at least as normal as some of the names I used to use in BBS games.  People were rather annoyed to be kicked around by someone called "Fluffy Bunny Feet" or "The Polkadot Kangaroo".  :)
