Well its been a busy night....so here goes. KHH Reejr(d5l) and d7 ai helper run off KBF KLabe Nekros(d5l) in hex 20 9. Next KHH Reejr(d5l) and KHH Gunz(d7) vs FSD Butcher(d5l) in hex 18 9 ...Butcher runs off the map. Again KHH Reejr(d5l) and KHH Gunz(d7) vs FSD Butcher(d5l) in hex 20 8....Butcher heads for a taco. And last of all KHH Reejr(d5l) and KHH Gunz(d7) vs KBF Dibndebrig(d5l) and FSD Butcher(d5l) in a challenge match(hmmm I hope it was a challenge match they asked for a 2 v 2 in hex 18 9 but we took what ships we had so I don't know if that would be a challenge match or not)...they kill Gunz and I kill Dib but Butcher not knowing about staying to the death runs off the map only after much damage to his ship. Fun games to all, I had a good time tonight and Dib and Butcher thanks for waiting on me to get back online to redo are match after the fubar on the first try. Don't remember if Gunz had a d7l or d7.

Guys...copied from the rules page:

Now it gets complicated....
Disengagement VP only counts if someone flees from an even numbered battle.

HOWEVER this is determined at mission start

ie House A has 3 pilots jump House B's 2 pilots, House B pilots may disengage (although they are bound by disengagement)
House A has 2 pilots jump House B's 2 pilots, House B pilots may not disengage until one of them is dead.
and the second pilot will surrender the above mentioned VP. (but will keep his or her ship)

Then there's this from the challenges section:Once a challenge fight has begun, you are not allowed to withdraw.
(well you can, but you count as dead)

That's how it works. In the above listed battle, you get 2 kills if it was a challenge match, I guess.
House leaders especially need to be aware of exactly how the scoring works.

Of course that would be easier if you have a Hex-to-English interpreter...

I also notice a lot of pilots still reporting running a player off from UNEVEN battles, (2v1 3v2, etc) those aren't worth anything per the rules change, might want to pass that along to your pilots.

In a hell of a battle ---

C7 Khunt and C7 HyKull vs D7W's by Miike and Riksy -- with Planet ai and def ---

C7's both live and both claim one kill -- exact kills were impossible to tell in heat of battle and it was agreed to claim it one each -- they held us up for 1 hr and 45 min and did a damn good job of fighting

1) Duck vs Kurok PVP both in D7W -- we each drew and AI as well -- Duck wins this match -- was one of the best battles I had -- during this battle I got hurt bad enough that I started to run off the map then I realized I couldnt -- he would get pts for the kill if I did -- so I turned around and thew everything incl my fed toilet at him for the next 5 min -- luck was with the Duck and I won the game

3) Minime and Duck vs Ladyfeak and Kumar1
Mini and duck both go down but -- we take out Kumar1 first -- I could lie and say we refused to fire on a lady and thats why she won but the truth is they just played well as a team. one kill for us in a pvp game

4) Mutt in a d7w vs Duck and MINI in D7w he had big ass planet def.. and knew how to use it but mini and I took our sweet time to win the match -- we both live -- mutt dies

TT vs Duck and Mini -- PVP match TT tried to play a bit to long and paid the price..
dwl vs dwl and d7w -- KHH killed TT

DFLY and LadyFreak vs Duck and Jacobyi d7w-- for all but duck -- duck had a dwl -- this was far to close a game for comfort -- they did very well and jaco and I were both close to death but lived they died --

first match was pvp second was challenge
