Yeah DH ran the beta on his, then transferred it to Thor when it went live.

I meant the test that DH just did for Omega...

I have a suspicion about some recent changes, it will have to wait until Frey gets my latest PMs.

Yes, I ran the BETA on my PC and he was able to stay connected when the missions ended.

I'd suspect this is a client issue, not a server issue.

We had over 20 players online last night running missions over and over again with no issues.

If this was a situation being seen at the time having only a few players online, then the more players would cause the issue to increase.

I'm sorry, but I don't think it's a server issue.

One thing to try is to have Omega create a account that he can reproduce this on, then PM the account / PW to someone who DOESN'T have the problem, have them log in and try to reproduce. That would pretty quickly determine if it's a account issue, or a client side issue.

That's a dang good idea, but his connection may be interacting with the directory and dynaverse server in a way that others do not, which was not previously a problem.... uh if that makes any sense, I'm starting to confuse myself... lol. He does fine when the server is run on DH's machine, which points to a server issue.

Thanks for piping in on this one, I'm just about out of ideas.

Alternate universe:  Khan was banished for preserving the peace. The Genesis device was really a super weapon and kirk had planned to use it on the klingons. Chekov found the Botany Bay and khan hijakced and killed the evil reliant crew in an effort to destroy the genesis device.    Ahh i love it :D The alternate universe rocks.

No problems, I see what you were saying - so Capt. Jeff can play if there's NOT a lot of players on, but when the serverload increases, then he get's "disconnected"...

Either way, the server itself hasn't been modified over the last several months, except for the development work - perhaps that's another thing that's different Bonk?

We do have an awful lot of development tools on THOR now....

Otherwise, I will try to check into this today and see if I can reproduce it.
