More information will come as we get it.  For now here is a brief overview:

Star Trek Tactical Assault will be a handheld game for Sony PSP and Nintendo DS.
Game will take place during TMP only.
Single player focuses on Federation and Klingons.
Wireless multiplayer allows Romulan, Orion, and Gorn ships to be playable.
Combat is on 2D plane like Starfleet Command.
The lower touch screen on the Nintendo DS will allow you to control the ship.

No, it's from quicksilver so figure why we didn't get source code....this is already posted in off topic other games area. Quicksilver was part of the original starfleet command game and still shows the product on their showcase page of their website....

Look for star trek: Legacy by Mad Doc software. Story line spans all trek era. Multiplayer will allow up to 8 players. Graphics are supposed to be movie quality.
