Assuming it's movie-era, in my opinion it'd look like a Pre-TOS (2240s?  2220s?) version of the Romulan Bird of Prey seen in "Balance of Terror" [TOS] that had aged decades.  But that's just me; I thought Romulan ships might've looked a little cleaner as did Federation Starships in the TMP era.

Been a while since I've seen that ship, the first words of the description are 'This is a Movie Era kitbash Romulan Bird of Prey' so I think it's safe to say it's TMP. It doesn't look pre-TOS at all to me, either the traditional pre-TOS like the SFM stuff Sandman and Darkdrone do, or the Enterprise stuff which looks like Dominion-war era. I can easily see this not looking out of place next to the K'T'inga or Connie-R. The only element that I would say need changing is the nacelles, definetly needs something more rectangular.
