Topic: SQ's about posting on the net..

OK- for the last week internet connection fro me has been kinda flakey, I can often
(though not always) browse OK, but everytime (or like 90%) of the time I go to post on any forum
on any board I lose connection

Does posting use some kind of different software/connection something or other?

Talked to the IP guys, they said it was something to do with a local node
(whatver that may be) but I'm wondering if I have some kind of weird virus.
(AVG free and the MS scan thing both show nothing ..)


Seems to be working OK tonight (hope hope) but I'm mildly curious if any of you smart people have any ideas..
