Now THAT is what I call a beautiful design...no kit bashing here (well, maybe a little...)

Anyway, good work!

UPDATE:

mesh nearly complete, just have the bridge dome and rear phaser strips to do
how ever I did do one design change, I used my own nacelle design as I truely did not like the look of the origanal nacelle design on this ship. I did keep a copy of the mesh with the origanal nacelles just incase some of you would prefer them.

I'm not a big fan of Post-Tng designs (the Soverign and the Defiant are about it for my tastes) but I must admit this design intrigues me some.  Who designed the sketches for this?  It almost looks like that the saucer section could seperate with its own warp drive system.  Basically a ship with two Warp Cores that can seperate into two vessels if needed.  If so, I think I like this design more then the Prometheous.  The prometheous just seemed too be too compact and complicated on its outward design perameters, but this ship looks like it might be easier to construct.

Any chance of a 2 nacelle version of this being released??  I like the overall design,  but that nacelle support structure on the top really ruins the design for me. Anyway,  great looking mesh.

Azel/Atolm designed it.

Dude, didn't you read my above statement?  Maybe its suppose to have 4 naccels like that.  Maybe it can seperate into two vessels like the Galaxy class with there own Stardrive.  I'm not sure what would be the point of the upper structure if this isn't the case.

you could also separate the saucer section like on the prometheous (sp?)

I didn't say I didn't get it,  I just said I don't like it.  The prometheus doesn't look like the hunchback of Notre Dame when it's not seperated.  I'm not knocking Atolm's skills,  but that one aspect of this design doesn't work for me.  And to get away from my negativity, I will once again say that this is a dang fine mesh  ;D.

Awesome mesh!! I take my hat off to ya...my TNG+ ships look like crap, that's why I pretty much stick with LE and earlier. ;D

I really like how this design is coming out.  And I think it looks neat too see it in seperated ships in those few pics above.  Also, I think I kinda like the original Warp engines then the new ones, but thats just my preference.

question, where will you release this model at?
