Search for Starbase 1121 at battleclinic. It's there.

It's huge and a ship can do complete turns inside it going at full-bore. It's shields also swallow the planet as you can see...

And it crashed my game ; _ ;

Maybe ya should resize your planets to scale. Gotta love being able to fly around inside the starbase
