You will love this one Rondo, talk about customer service!

The charger for my Porter Cable cordless drill is not available. I sent the battery pack back and explained I was a dumbarse and ordered the battery pack instead of the charger. You would think they would subject me to a restocking fee, heck no! They are going to refund my money in full, and since they do not have any chargers available for my drill, they are going to let me go to a service center and pick out a new one and give me a trade in credit for the drill and two battery packs I have! Maybe that doesn't sound like much to some of you people, but when you are dealing with top of the line equipment and top of the line prices, it's service like this that rocks!  ;D

BTW, Porter Cable is not cheap, but some Americans do appreciate the business and their jobs, made in the U.S.A.
