Had a couple of people mention them, (and I haven't done a poll in a while)
I'm not sure what the bounties would entail, (what with the challenge system and all)
And House Leaders would have to be exempt I think (which reminds me for challenges..)

But thoughts?
Opinions?

Actually I need an "OMFG I'M BRILLIANT!!" option

Each house can place one bounty on any pilot of another house.
That bounty has to be claimed by said house.
Each pilot can only have one bounty so it's be a first come first served
Claiming a bounty will result in you receiving something worthy of the accomplishment.

No bounties. With the challenges etc and the different house rules it is complicated enough.

I like this idea. Say house K'hunt places a bounty on Hexx and K'lap kills Hexx to collect the bounty. I figure K'lap's reward of a 6-turn lease of a D6N should be sufficient

What about a 'personal bounty' ?? Say I offer 5 karma points for a confirmed kill of a particular pilot ( I want pictures), Can I get away with that ??

Nah, t00l's acknowledged several times that the only way he's beaten me is by cheating.
He seems to be cool with it.

Wouldn't bounties offset all of the playtest balancing done to equalize the economic vs territorial vs PvP victory points of the game?

Hold on. The froggy voices don't tell me what to do, I tell them...

The problems will come when I've got Klingons yelling at me in their combat frenzy, and I forget that all the C7's weapons recharge in 1 turn vs. the 2-3 turn recharges of the ISC's.

Something tells me that Hexx has some work to do, specifically find some way to get the endless ESG-loop going before he logs into the server...
