Well, it seems that I missed the major recruiting point...
So I have to do a bit of begging...
House Kinshaya wants a few good pilots. Benefits for flying under my house include:
Being under an RM / Strat. Comm. that has won 90+% of the servers that he's led for over 1/2 the server's duration, if not all of them.
Being under the Strat. Comm. that has won his first ever server in that capacity, the only draft server, the only D2/D3 combined server.
Working with someone that has experience in multiple-front warfare, as that first-ever server I won was Rook's Tavern III, where my team was ISC / Mirak-Kzinti / Pirate
Having clear-cut objectives for all aspects of the playerbase, whether PvPer, hex-flipper, deepstriker, whatever your specialty is.
Being recoginzed for your work, common lore has it that the server is won by whoever runs the most missions and has the most players. I've worked on teams with less raw players, who may have flown less total missions. However, they all flew the missions under the aforementioned objectives, which (obviously) did the job needed to win the servers (as my record attests to)...
Requirements to join the team:
A commitment to put in whatever hours you can for the duration of the server
A commitment to look past the score of the moment, and keep playing despite whatever odds may exist. Comebacks do occur...
A commitment to having fun, as opposed to logging in just to help the team...
Enough skill in Klingon ships to fire disruptors and loose scatterpacks...
Side note: for those who are worried about my "pacification" tendicies, I think the Klingon translation of Pacification = kill 'em all and let the Black Fleet sort them out. BTW, are there penal ships in the Black Fleet?
