Hello old friends and enemies
« on: December 01, 2005, 02:48:34 am »
Well... HI :)

I was just writing this history thing for the TAG website, trying to think of old names and people we wanted to thank and so forth. Did a search on google and found myself here. I had a look over the GZ site, seems like effort is being put forth and I think that is awesome!

I'm glad to see all of you still remaining together as a community, I can't stop thinking about the old days ever since I ran across this forum.

MoK did evolve as previously mentioned. We left ways with the MoK letters because we just couldnt keep re-creating the wheel over and over. It was hard to come up with an org name in Anarchy Online as it was. The MoK you all knew is in fact still around. I think we even have a few fansites out there, one of them run by that ole gunman :P

Seki, Oz, Jedi, Fargon, Nightstorm, Jazz, Heavymetal, Kaz, Cage, Dolond, Menoetius (from SL you knew him as DarkTurtle), Spear, Znix, Yogi and most of the other old MoK'ers are still with me in TAG. www.totalaggression.com

We grew a lot and just recently revamped our website and are still in the process but I'd love to hear from some of you guys if you feel like coming over and poking around. Who knows, we might even play some games you would enjoy. TAG currently has bout 1100 members in Anarchy Online, 275 or so in WoW, 250 or so in SWG and we are starting a Vanguard Saga of Hero's group as well as Dark & Light when they release. Forgive the mess if you go to the site, we are still working some things out and getting everyone signed back up.

So... I still have my old SFC CD's, does the game run on XP well? Where does one find the patches? Which SFC are you all playing?

I'll get the boys/girls (yeah i'm sure I could find Mina) together for a reunion if anyone wants to put it together. We can even host voice for everyone on the TAG servers if you'd like. So, tell me how everyone is doing, I'm dying to know! Missed all of you for these years and hope everything is well.

Best Regards,
Koth

Everything you need can be found in the D2 experiences forum, including patches and updates.

These days, everyone is either playing SFC2 Orion Pirates or SFC3, EAW is still supported and there, I think, still some servers being run for it.  :)

Tell em to come on over the new bloods are eager to take on the old masters and prove their mettle; or just team and learn.  I was a newbie when these names you mentioned were big; gods really of the sport/game.  I did see Doland on some months ago and even Peetie Two further back on a one day fun day with GT.

Gone though are 3rd PX, Ssazzix, Joystick, and a whole mess of others...

:(

I'd hardly call you a noob, I remember some fights with you Rondo and as I recall you were a skilled pilot even then. Sad to hear Ssazzix is nolonger around, I like that grumpy gorn. PX, well... He and I create explosives when we fly within 10 parsects of each other so it's prolly good that we wont be seeing much of each other. Peetie is an SFC god in my book, he's awesome along with the entire rest of his fleet. Those guys were all top notch! Sorry to hear he's not around.

Dolond is a lurker, he's always somewhere poking around. HEHE, always telling me what people are talking about too. Awesome guy.

Did some research on the source everyone is talking about. I might have some answers soon as to who exactly owns it and what they intend to do with it. We will see. If I find out, I'll certainly let you all know.

BTW, anyone have some tips for SFC II with SLI ? I can't seem to get it to run on my main screen, only my secondary. There maybe some edit in the sfc.ini I can do?

Thanks!
Koth (Argulace)

Hiya Koth! It has been a long time. Good to see you again. It has been a long time since the glory days of SFC. I remember playing the first SFC and the Starlance Campaigns! LOL! I also remember the heated debates in the Mplayer chat rooms and Coalition meetings!  :2gun: :iamwithstupid:  LOL! OMG! It used to be soo much fun!.

Heres to faded glory! :drink:
