This version would even the numbers up at 68 to 60 (kbf side with 60)  Moving Julins' house to the KBF side puts the forces at 74 to 54 and that leaves the KBF led side with almost a 50% superiority in player strength. This needs to be looked at quickly.

This isn't the usual feds sign-up, coalition shows up situation. The side here that is down by such a large factor in the sign-up thread has a substantial old time fed/alliance base. So to take the coalition joke a step further, the side that doesn't show up has also come up short signing up.

While I do reserve the right to change Houses arounf "on the fly" (If it can be made to work, I think Scippy had some ideas?)
The way the VP's will be set up should balance things out.
There are two sides simply to keep the server as happy as possible with the missions, the only way to win is
to beat all 7 other Houses.

People are still used to the (imho) stupid (albeit easy to understand) VP system normally used.
For the majority of our servers it doesn't matter if say (for example) the Kzin get steamrolled beause everyone is flying an ISC
ship, teh "side" will still win. So Kzin pilots can distract enemies while the ISC takes the territory.

For KCW if you allow your house to be used to distract an enemy while an "ally" takes the points, you'll lose.
Territorial VP's are awarded to the House that controls the territory, PVP kills are awarded to the House who fires the killing shot.
