KBF are required to sign up now (although the house still be closed if you isn't one) just so
we can have a more approximate count of their numbers for balancing the houses.

I've told Wanderer a thousand times most of them won't be able to type, let alone
put down a coherent thought.. but you know how those goody Feds can be..
