Sorry for the length of the link.

Interesting notes. The only chipset to support dual channel memory is the K8T890(as opposed to the K8T800).  The Asrock board with ULI chipset is interesting, has AGP and a PCIE 16 slot for future upgrades. The board has some good reviews out there.

Also your probably going to have to check websites to make sure the latest greatest bios supports dual core.
