I've always had great service from the floor people at Sears, but it's hard to find cashiers sometimes. I recently purchased a replacement charger for one of my cordless drills. They sent me a letter today. Lookie here, coupons!
5 bucks off any purchase made before Jan 31st, 2006.
5 off on home fashions
5 off apparel, wifey will love that!
10% off fine jewelry and watches
10% off paint and craftsman tools
10% off lawn and garden
10% off home appliances, wow!
0% APR financing on house remodeling!
0% APR on heating and cooling systems
5$ off a battery
30$ off on a set of Goodyear tires
10% off on a mattress, they lost out, after staying at the Radisson in El Paso and sleeping on a select comfort bed, we knew what to buy. Not cheap by any means, but 20 yr warranty! Most mattress firms only give a 10 yr warranty. Best thing of all? Made in the USA baby!
Free day rental on Sears if I rent a car from Avis for the weekend, whoo! I like that.
More coupons for repairs and parts, plus 10% off a carry in repair.
That is what I call a "Thank you for choosing Sears" letter! My battery charger was 55 bucks with tax and shipping, and yes, Sears has a lot more goodies going for about 150 bucks, but I looked and it's made in China yet has the Craftsman name, no thank you. The savings they gave me in this letter with the coupons more than paid the price for my charger.

Try writing these people at the addy, and explain your "lack" of service, I'm sure they will make it up to you.
